Having made a booking you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and
Conditions set out below.
Online payments and pricing
Class fees are listed with the course details on our website. Payment of the full
class fee via online credit card payment is required at the time of enrolment to
secure your place. All pricing is in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) and includes
VAT. Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. All credit
cards/ Paypal accounts are charged in US Dollars and converted to AED. All
services listed on the We Love Art website, the information, and the prices are
each subject to change. We Love Art reserves the right to change, suspend, or
discontinue the sale of any services with or without notice at any time.
Delay and Cancellation of Class
We Love Art reserves the right to amend any class, tutor or schedule. In such
circumstances, we will endeavor to provide a substitute of equal standing.
We make every effort to start classes on time; however delays are occasionally
inevitable due to events beyond our control which may cause the
commencement of a class to be delayed or a class cancelled altogether. If a class
is delayed by 30 minutes or is cancelled during its scheduled class time, we will
provide you with an alternative class to register for.
In the event that a class is cancelled prior to the class starting, we will notify you
as soon as practically possible and provide an alternative class.
Should a course or workshop be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, any
participant enrolled in that class will be contacted. We do not issue refunds, and
will reschedule your booking for an alternative date that you are available to join
Cancellation of Enrolment
We Love Art cannot accept responsibility for changes to participants' personal
circumstances that prevent attendance. Classes missed are the participant’s
responsibility and are non-refundable. Participants are not entitled to a discount
or ‘make-up’ class if they miss a class in any course they have enrolled in.
Cancellation of enrolment
- For Paint & Grape, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of the commencement of the event.
- For the 8-week course you can cancel your booking up to 7 days in advance.
- For private parties you can cancel your booking up to 7 days in advance.
We Love Art won’t refund the money. However, you can use your credit to make
another booking/ transfer your booking. Rebooking requests must be done by
If you cancel the class later than the mentioned time frame (24 hours; 7 days) NO
refunds transfers or credits will be given.
- No refunds transfers or credits once the class has commenced.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- There are no transfers, refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if
your personal circumstances change.
Discounts on fees for the 8-week course
Sign up with a friend: Enroll together with a friend for this full-term course and
receive both a 5% discount on the course fee. There are no discounts given for
Paint & Grape sessions.
‘Purchased’ gift certificates are valid 12 months from the date of purchase. Our
Cancellation and Refund policy applies to ‘Purchased’ gift certificates used to pay
In all of our courses We Love Art provides the art materials. We expect careful
handling of our materials from the participants.
We Love Art is not a Registered Training Organisation and as such, courses are
not accredited. However, we do strive to deliver excellence in our guidance. At
the end of the 8-week course participants will receive a We Love Art certificate.
From time to time we take photos or videos during class of participants and
artworks. These photos are used for We Love Art’s promotional purposes such as
press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos
will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for We Love Art. As a
Condition of Enrolment, your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to
take and use photos of you, your child or your artwork please notify us in
We Love Art is a shared space and we expect participants to respect fellow
artists, artwork and property. Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age,
race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or
religion will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may

your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain any credit
card information that you may provide.
Participants of Paint & Grape must be 21 years of age or older. Certain classes or
events specifically identified as Family Day events may have lower age
restrictions as posted on the specific class or event. This policy can be waived for
private parties but only with the approval of the party organizer who must notify
us that they have given such approval.
During Paint & Grape classes/ private parties participants must consume
alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Private parties are allocated time of 2 hours or 3 hours for a painting. Fees for
extra time due to late arrivals or other reasons are 300AED per 30-minute
increment. We will advise you of such fees upon late arrival or upon realization
that the class will not be completed on time. Other time arrangements for certain
events may be agreed-upon but if additional time is necessary, these fees will
apply in the same manner.
Our demonstration and display paintings are for participants’ use solely on We
Love Art premises and must not be reproduced without We Love Art’s prior
Intellectual Property Rights
We hold all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and all
content on the website, unless the content is identified as being the property of
another party. This includes graphics, logos, images, text and website design.
Changes to This Agreement
We may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, including any rights or
obligations you or we may have. We will post the terms to the modified
agreement on our website. As permitted by applicable law, any change, addition
or deletion will become effective at the time we post the revised agreement to
our website. Unless we state otherwise, the change, addition or deletion will
apply to your future and existing Transactions. You are deemed to accept the
changes, additions or deletions if (1) you do not notify us to the contrary in
writing within 20 days of the date of our notice or such other time specified in
the notice, or (2) you enter into a Transaction after such notice period. If you do
not accept the changes, additions or deletions, your Transaction will be

morally responsible for. Any injury incurred due to your own carelessness or
neglect, you agree that We Love Art will not be held responsible. Any allergic or
medical reaction due to products or paints you agree it is not the responsibility
of We Love Art and its associates. If you have known allergies we request that
you make us aware so that if any precautions need to be taken, we will inform
you. If you do not have this in writing with signed documentation from yourself
and a We Love Art representative, we will assume you do not have any allergies
and will continue as planned.
I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against We Love
Art, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and
employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or
after my session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to
